San Francisco's Archbishop Levada
asks God's blessing in the "tragic scandal"
of sexual abuse by priests. 
The District Attorney's office has asked Levada 
to turn over 75 years of church records 
pertaining to any priest involved in possible 
sexual abuse of minors.
